To ensure availability, it’s highly recommended to reserve your wedding or special event date at least 6–12 months in advance, as peak seasons and weekends fill up quickly. Submitting your inquiry early allows time to discuss your vision, finalize details, and create a seamless beauty timeline for your day.

 FAQs FOR BOOKING AN EVENT

  • Submit the form below, and within 24–48 hours, Diana’s team will contact you to confirm date availability and go over any final details or questions. Once your date is approved, you’ll be asked to provide a deposit to secure the booking and a card on file in case of late cancellations or no-shows.

  • The deposit required to secure your wedding date is $300, while event hair bookings require a deposit of $100–$150, depending on the service. This payment is required to officially hold your booking—without the deposit, your date is not guaranteed. Deposits must be sent via Zelle to the email provided by Diana’s team.

  • Cancellations made within 90 days of the scheduled service date will result in the full remaining balance being owed. Cancellations made 91–120 days prior will be subject to a 50% charge of the total service amount. If a cancellation occurs more than 120 days in advance, only the deposit will be forfeited, and no additional payment will be required.

  • One date change may be accommodated with written notice at least 90 days in advance, pending availability on the new date.

  • Diana receives a high volume of inquiries, and occasionally messages can land in spam or get missed. If you haven’t heard back within a week, please don’t hesitate to resubmit the form to ensure your inquiry is received and reviewed.
